Why can't I install it myself from the App Store?
Shopify restricts payment apps for high-risk verticals (peptides, SARMs, supplements) from their public App Store. This is a Shopify platform policy, not something we can override. The workaround exists — we just handle it directly.
What exactly do you configure on my store?
Three things: (1) a Manual Payment Method so customers can select Peptide-Pay at checkout, (2) our Theme App Extension that redirects them after order placement, and (3) your Peptide-Pay API key inside the extension settings. Total: ~15 minutes.
Do I lose the customer's shipping address?
No. Manual Payment Method goes through Shopify's native checkout, so the full shipping address is captured on the order before the customer clicks through to pay.
